Arabian Ranches II features miles and miles of walking and cycling trails that meander throughout the community, taking residents through their own neighbourhoods and offering the chance to explore others too.

A full size volleyball court is available to all residents of the Arabian Ranches II community. The sandy surface was designed to replicate the sensation of playing at the beach and cushion any falls – a common occurrence in the sport – allowing players to enjoy the game with complete freedom.

The retail choices at The Ranches Souk – Arabian Ranches II include fashion, food, accessories, and convenience stores. Anchored by a Carrefour supermarket, the community mall has several choices, including Virgin Megastore, The Body Shop, Aster Medical Centre, Al Jaber Optical, and the First Floor of the mall brings to you The Toys Town, The Safe Fit, Pinpoint Fitness, Rose Ballet, Party Zone bringing a wealth of dance, fitness, athletics, and amusement games.

Strategically located near the main entrance to the master community, The Leisure Centre is a lifestyle club featuring a swimming pool for children and adults as well as a jacuzzi for residents to use. The Leisure Centre also offers a variety of fitness and day care options in close proximity to home. With an outdoor parking area as well as numerous bicycle stands for added convenience, the centre is easily accessible by car, cycle or foot.

There are two full-size, state-of-the-art tennis courts open to all residents of Arabian Ranches II. Located in the Palma and Rosa communities, the courts are equipped with a number of features to ensure a comfortable playing environment including mesh fencing that keeps the ball in the court.

All communities in Arabian Ranches II have their own swimming pools as well as a special shaded children’s paddling pool. The facilities are enclosed and supervised by a full-time lifeguard from 7 AM through to 10 PM, every day.

Located next to The Ranches Souk, Ranches Primary School offers UK National Curriculum with an emphasis on core development skills in subjects like English, Math, Arabic and Science. The Primary Curriculum is enhanced through a range of specialist activities that have been developed to meet the needs of an international community of learners to provide a holistic educational experience.

A full-sized football pitch is open to all residents of Arabian Ranches II. Located next to The Leisure Centre, the pitch sports a well-maintained lawn surface and goalposts. Floodlights ensure matches can go on even after dusk. The football pitch is open from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Arabian Ranches II is home to numerous outdoor kids’ play areas, each of which features a number of exciting play equipment for junior residents. Climbing frames with slides and poles, rope bridges, spring rockets, swings, and numerous other equipment are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens.

Committed to ensuring the highest quality international education for all children, Blossom Nursery offers a safe and stimulating environment that caters for a holistic learning experience. Equipped with facilities such as a fun outdoor play area and dedicated soft play room, each child is also assigned a ‘key person’ who helps foster a close bond by taking the time to get to know the child and develop trust.

We are glad to announce the opening of two new indoor gymnasiums at Camelia 1 and 2, respectively.

Arabian Ranches II is home to a large mosque, Al Shakoor Mosque, offering Muslim residents and visitors a space for daily prayers and peaceful contemplation. Located next to The Ranches Souk, the spacious mosque is large enough to accommodate over 1200 worshippers and also features a nearby parking area.
