Located between Saheel 1 and 2, The Oasis features a wide variety of fruit plants including papaya, fig, mango, orange, lemon and banana, in addition to herbs such as mint and aloe vera. A water-feature, drinking water fountain and yoga/kids’ play area complete the space to make it the perfect place to take a break and relax while cycling or strolling through the community.
All communities in Arabian Ranches have their own swimming pools as well as a special shaded children’s paddling pool. The facilities are enclosed and supervised by a full-time lifeguard from 7 AM through to 10 PM, every day.
Each pool is set within a paved terrace, lined with sun loungers and parasols to provide shade. There are showers and changing rooms for residents too. There’s even a special pool at Saheel 1 and Palmera 3, fitted with a chair lift for people of determination.
Residents may also appoint their own personal trainers (certified by Dubai Sports Council) to coach them at the community pool. For this, trainers are required to obtain their gate pass from the security gatehouse by submitting the necessary documents in order to gain access to the community.
Arabian Ranches boasts its very own Smart Police Station (SPS), located next to the retail centre near Alma 1. The fully automated walk-in police station was among the first of its kind in the city – it’s solar-powered, offers 25 services in 6 different languages, and equipped to serve people of determination.
Individuals can file criminal complaints conveniently and simply by heading to the SPS and report the matter within a few minutes with the aid of the latest and smartest policing solutions.
Located near the Al Reem 2 community gatehouse, the skate park offers a selection of custom-built ramps for skateboarders and BMX enthusiasts. The ramps are surfaced with a special coating that offers fantastic grip, whilst various rails give multiple opportunities to ‘grind’ and ‘ollie’.
Floodlights mean the action can go on well into the night and several benches provide a great spot from which to watch. There’s even an overhead canopy that shields skaters from the sun on hotter afternoons.

Raffles Nursery, conveniently located in the Saheel community, welcomes all children and toddlers to begin their pre-school education from the age of two until the age of four. Following the Early Years Foundation Stage Programme, teachers undergo regular in-service training to ensure the most up to date teaching methods are used.
There are two mosques located in and around the community, offering Muslim residents and visitors a space for daily prayers and peaceful contemplation. All mosques feature spacious interiors with a nearby parking area.
Al Rahman Mosque is situated near the Retail Centre in Arabian Ranches, while Al Salam Mosque is situated inside the Polo Club.
Dubai’s first modular petrol station is open at Arabian Ranches. With a capacity of over 30,000 litres, the station can fill over 400 cars a day and features a state-of-the-art vapour recovery system that enables over 70% of the fumes emitted by the nozzle to be recovered as fuel. Multiple payment options are available, including mobile payment and RFID technology. The pump also features solar panels for a more sustainable design.
With the nearest petrol station almost 15-20 minutes away from the community by car, the new facility provides residents with unprecedented convenience when it comes to refuelling their vehicles.
Arabian Ranches is home to three large lakes – Alma Lake, Al Reem Lake and Palmera Lake. With pathways along their banks, LED lighting and benches at regular intrevals, the lakes offer residents a tranquil setting for strolls at any time of the day.
Alma Lake is located at the heart of the community, surrounded by Alma 1, Alma 2, La Avenida 1 and La Avenida 2. Al Reem Lake, the largest of the three water bodies in the community, is located at the eastern side of the community within the Al Reem neighbourhood. Palmera Lake is located at the southern end, between Palmera 2 and Palmera 3.
The community also features miles and miles of walking trails that meander throughout Arabian Ranches, taking residents through their own neighbourhoods and offering the chance to explore others too.

Arabian Ranches is home to over 30 outdoor kids’ play areas, each of which features a number of exciting play equipment for junior residents. Climbing frames with slides and poles, rope bridges, spring rockers, swings, and numerous other equipment are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. The rubberised anti-slip flooring ensures adequate grip while helping cushion the impact of any falls.
The play areas are shaded and also feature benches, allowing parents and supervising guardians to relax and keep an eye on their children. The play areas are open to all residents from any part of the community, with cycle stands installed outside several of them.
The kids’ play areas are open from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Village Green, a full-sized football pitch is open to all residents of Arabian Ranches. Located next to Alma 1, the pitch sports a well-maintained lawn surface and goalposts. Floodlights ensure matches can go on even after dusk.
The football pitch is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Bookings are not necessary to play.
There are 13 full-size tennis courts available to residents of the Arabian Ranches I; 11 within the communities and two in the Master Community. The outdoor courts are enclosed with a high fence and are surfaced with soft latex.

Arabian Ranches is home to 19 half-size basketball courts, strategically located throughout the community and open to all residents. The courts are well equipped with a number of features to ensure a comfortable playing environment – LED lights allow matches to go on after dusk and mesh fencing keeps the ball in play.
The durable soft latex surface helps reduce the impact on joints, allowing players of all ages to enjoy the game with minimal discomfort.
Launched in April 2006, the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club has become the heart of equestrian activity amongst residents in Dubai as well as visitors to the city. The club hosts local and international polo events on two international size polo fields; whilst the riding, showjumping and dressage arenas have sandblasted surfaces that are considered to be the best in the region.
There are 336 stables and an international standard exercise track. Leisure riding activities include desert hacking, which both members and non-members can enjoy.
The Arabian Ranches Retail Centre offers visitors and residents a world of convenience – without ever having to step outside the community. The community mall offers a mix of retail units and supermarkets to cater to your shopping needs, a range of food options like fast food, coffee shops, or a choice to dine in at Shakespeare & Co. or our stand-alone restaurant Hamptons offering a charming and stylish atmosphere.
